As a designer at PremCom, I collaborated with a team and worked independently to fulfil diverse design needs, from business stationery to full marketing campaigns. I provided exceptional customer service and graphics for Countrywide Estate Agents' Land and New Homes department, managing communication via email and telephone. Utilizing web-to-print systems like Red-Tie (RTT Gateway) and XMPie (uProduce and uStore), I created designs for web templates and transformed marketing materials into interactive, customer-facing templates. My role involved adapting InDesign files and databases into intelligent direct mail pieces and interactive templates, enhancing the functionality of the online ordering system.
